Founder John Battendieri, a California native, has fished on the Monterey Bay for well over 50 years. More than 25 years ago, John combined his passion for great tasting seafood with an acquired expertise in organic foods to address the emerging market demand of both sustainable seafood and value added healthy clean foods.
We take pride in sourcing and supplying the highest quality and most sustainable seafood on the planet. With the decline of West Coast salmon stocks and increasing demand, we partnered with and import Mt Cook Alpine Salmon. This Fresh Water King Salmon is raised naturally, with no vaccines, growth hormones, pesticides, GMOs or antibiotics, using sustainable farming methods every step of the way.
