LOCAL PICKUP - WEDNESDAYS @ VENUS SPIRITS 

We now offer local pickup everyVenus Spirits Wednesday for online orders of $49 & up.

Deadline - Order deadline is Tuesdays at midnight for Wednesday pickup.

Pickup Date & Location - Wednesdays 3-7 p.m. @ Venus Spirits Tasting Room located at 200 High Rd, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.

HOW WE SHIP - SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to and offer free shipping within California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona for orders over $99. Our minimum order is $99. For orders outside our current shipping zone, please contact us for custom orders.

We ship orders on the following days: Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance of our shipping days are eligible to be shipped on our shipping days.

We ship using GLS (formerly GSO). Order to California and Nevada typically arrive within one business day of being shipping. Orders to Oregon, Washington and Arizona typically arrive within 2 business days of being shipped. Shipment and tracking information is automatically provided to you via the email address you used to place your order (check your spam if you do not see the email notifications). It is your responsibility to track and retrieve your package from its place of delivery in a timely manner. Our packaging is designed to maintain its temperature for the anticipated length of the transit and delivery time, but not much longer. Due to the highly perishable nature of these frozen products it is very important that you transfer the contents of your order into your freezer as soon as possible from the time it is delivered. 

Please also note: Santa Cruz Fish Co. will not be responsible for the contents of orders if they perish because excessive time was allowed to elapse before being properly stored. Tracking which states your order was delivered to the address you provided will be treated as delivered. It is your responsibility to choose a delivery address that is safe, secure and reliable. No replacement orders will be issued for orders gone missing which show a status of delivered.
